VENEERS

A veneer is a layer of tooth colored material that is applied to a tooth to restore localized or generalized defects and intrinsic discolorations. Veneers are made either directly in the mouth or can be processed in the lab and cemented into the oral cavity later.

Typically veneers are made of directly applied composites, processed composites, porcelain or pressed ceramic materials.
